Repeat Event: Repeat every Saturday until July 28, 2012
This class is continuation from the first six week session. It will include a review of techniques previously taught and adding new ones. This next group of classes will include American and Muay Thai Kickboxing, and some light strength conditioning using your own body weight. The instructor is a member of Red Rocks, and has earned three different black belts in various martial art forms. There are no fees for this course.
