Pastor Heinze preaches the Bible on a weekly basis, oversees the ministry, and shepherds the members of the church. He is the President of Silver State Christian School (a ministry of the church), frequently speaks at other churches, camps, retreats, on the mission field, at conferences, and serves as member of the board of directors for several organizations. Pastor Heinze and Starry have two grown children, and another son who is at home with Christ. |

Pastor Hamilton joined the pastoral staff in 2001 after retiring from a career in law enforcement. He, along with wife Karen, and his family began attending Red Rocks Baptist Church in 1966. He has degrees from Baptist Bible College in Clark's Summit, Pennsylvania and Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. His responsibilities include ministry to the seniors, teaching a Sunday Adult Bible Study class and hospital visitation. He also serves as the elementary school chaplain at Silver State Christian School. His hobbies include reading, motorcycling, and fly-fishing. |

Pastor Shawn joined the Red Rocks Baptist staff in 2008 after nine years of missionary service to West Virginia University. Shawn is the youth pastor, in charge of all children's ministries from Nursery through High School. He graduated from Ambassador Baptist College in 1999 and has begun work on his master’s degree at Bob Jones University. Pastor Shawn and Jeniece have seven children. |

Pastor Brian joined the staff of Red Rocks in the summer of 2012. He has been involved in music and youth ministry over the last 13 years. He has an undergraduate degree and partial masters from Bob Jones University and a masters in choral conducting from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania. His main responsibilities include over-seeing the music ministry of the church and school while also working with the outreach and discipleship ministries. Brian is the teacher of the “Joint Heirs With Christ” Adult Bible Class . He and his wife Laura have 4 children and are excited to be part of the ministry at Red Rocks.

Paul Shelley joined the staff of Red Rocks Baptist Church shortly after graduating from Bob Jones University with a degree in accounting. Paul oversees the accounting, human resources and facility needs of the church and school. He and his wife, Lynnae, enjoy volunteering in the preschool Sunday school and spending time with their children, Lydia and Daniel. |

Melvin Cacayorin first started to teach high school math and Bible courses for Silver State Christian School in 1999 right after graduating from Bob Jones University with degrees in math, math education, and theology. He became headmaster in 2010 overseeing the preschool through 8th grade school ministry. Melvin also serves as an adjunct instructor for Maranatha Baptist Bible College teaching the online Calculus 1 and College Math courses. He likes to cook, work with technology, watch the Los Angeles Dodgers, and visit Hawaii (where he is originally from). |
